3D PVT Graph for Ideal Gas

Ideal gas is one of the important models in Thermodynamics, although this topic has been hijacked by Chemists. Unfortunately, the graphical representations of the Ideal Gas Law are often superficially taught at school. As a result, many students are unable to visualise a thermodynamical process. In 2017, I tutored a post-graduate student at QU, and hepled him to solve a variety of heat transfer problems and related formulation. One of the graphs I draw is a 3D PVT graph for Ideal Gas Law, from which you could easily understand why an isothermal process can be represented by a hyperbola in a PV graph.

Beyond Atoms

It has been taken for granted that atoms are the elements of all materials around us, which was originally proposed by Democritus as early as 400 BC. Nevertheless, the definition of atoms used in Phys
